Updating .Net core runtime 7 series

Microsoft announced that .Net core runtime 7.0.20 will be the last release supported and that .Net 7 is end of life and end of support.

To download the latest security update  .Net core runtime 7 go to this link Download .NET 7.0 (Linux, macOS, and Windows) (microsoft.com)

Latest version should be 7.0.20 

• Download to a folder on the fax server

• Run control panel and obtain a list of installed programs

For example

Note: there could be other versions of .Net Runtime such as 6.x which may be used by other applications.  Do not remove that version. 

A reboot of the server may or may not be required.   

• Run the installer as administrator.

• After the installation completes refresh the control panel page
• There should be 7.0.20 installed only in the .Net 7 series.
