Most SIP Trunk services are supported because msXfax sits behind the SBC which is responsible for transcoding T.38 on the internal enterprise network to G.711au on the SIP trunk side.
BNS tested TPG OTT SIP Voice service August 2021 to confirm interoperability with Ribbon SweLite.
SweLite was configured T.38 to msXfax and provided transcoding to G711a to TPG.
Some SBCs have issues with receiving Session timer re-invites from TPG when the SBC has established a transcoded session T38G711a.
Ribbon SweLite was successfully tested with TPG OTT SIP Voice August 2021 performing T.38 G711a transcoding.
BNS continuously tests with a Ribbon (Sonus) SBC connected to Optus Evolve SIP Trunk Service in its Australian test lab.
